Pricing Windows

EARLY BIRD: Before January 31, 2024
At checkout, a $50 discount will be granted during this time period.

STANDARD RATES: February 1 – April 15, 2024
No discounts will be given during this time period and prices are listed as-is.

LATE FEE: After April 15, 2024
A $150 late fee will be applied to each application that is submitted in this time frame.

Exhibitors / Corporate / Non-Profit (Non-Food)

To determine the category for your non-food business, please follow the guidelines below.

Corporate Exhibitors

Businesses that are promoting or selling goods or services on a large scale including real estate agents/agencies, home improvement providers, paycheck advance services, medical practices, television services, automotive supplies, pawn shops, etc.

Exhibitor Vendors

Individuals or small businesses selling a wide variety of items including original artwork, clothing, jewelry, accessories, face-painters, henna, air brush art, imports, gift items, sunglasses, etc.

Non-Profit Organizations

Charity organizations with a current 501.c.3 status wishing to sell items OR distribute information (proof of non-profit status required with application; this category does NOT permit the sale of any food or beverage items). City and state agencies may also apply under the non-profit category.

Banks, Food/Beverage Sampling & Sponsorship Opportunities are not included in this application. Please contact us to inquire. 

Food Vendors / Novelty Food Vendors

Novelty Food Vendors

Snack-type items (ready-to-eat), examples include kettle corn, roasted nuts, cotton candy, ice cream, etc.  [packaged food items that are “take-home” food like salsa, jerky, etc. are considered Exhibitors]

IMPORTANT: Event management has the right to deny or refuse any applicant being that the activation does not reflect the desires of  festival management, if categories are deemed to be full or for past performance at the Festival.
