Non-Profit Partner Opportunity at Denver Cinco de Mayo Festival 2025
Be part of one of Colorado’s largest and most vibrant cultural celebrations!
The Denver Cinco de Mayo Festival offers a unique opportunity for non-profit organizations to gain visibility and connect with over 350,000 attendees by staffing a booth throughout the festival weekend. This is a fantastic way to engage with the community, share your mission, and build new connections—all while being at the heart of an exciting, high-energy event. Showcase your organization, hang a banner, distribute information, and be a visible part of this incredible cultural tradition.
How It Works:
- Sign Up – Submit your interest form to participate.
- Booth Operation – Your group will staff a beverage booth (beer, margarita, or Pepsi) for the weekend:
Saturday, May 4 & Sunday, May 5, 2024
Event hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Booth staffing: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (includes setup & close-out)
- Staffing Requirements – Each booth must be fully staffed at all times:
- Beer/Margarita Booths: Minimum 5 volunteers (1 Booth Supervisor + 4 volunteers)
- Pepsi Booths: Minimum 4 volunteers (1 Booth Supervisor + 3 volunteers)
- Beer & margarita booth volunteers must be 21+ (at least one must be TiPS or Safe Serve certified).
- Pepsi booth volunteers must have at least two volunteers per shift who are 18+.
- Booth Supervisor(s) – A designated team leader must be on-site at all times to oversee booth operations.
- Training – Booth supervisors must attend a mandatory training session before the event.
- Community Visibility – Bring a banner (3’x6’) and fliers to promote your organization to festival-goers.
